In pursuit of our aim to promote for the public benefit, the preservation, care and improvement of Salford City Council Cemeteries, we work on a range of projects including:
Resources for schools
Public events including guided tours
Historical research
Conservation work
Fundraising
We are always looking to welcome new volunteers who would like to assist with our projects or who can simply bring new ideas.
We offer a warm welcome, the chance to discover more about Salford’s fascinating history and the opportunity to meet new people and to learn new skills.
